The client agrees to use Zeuz vOffices services in a lawful and ethical manner.

2. Customer Information:

By using our services, the client provides accurate and up-to-date information. Zeuz vOffices is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of this information.

3. Payment and Billing:

Payments for services and add-ons will be made according to the agreed-upon terms upon contracting such services.
Recurring charges will be automatically billed as per the established frequency.  In the event of non-payment or payment method failure during renewal, the client will be notified. If the issue is not rectified, the service will be immediately suspended. After one billing cycle without resolution of payment, the client will forfeit all rights to the allocated resources.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:

The client may cancel services at any time, subject to the cancellation terms specified in the contract.
All services provided by Zeuz vOffices require an initial investment to activate the service, including setup and initialization costs. Therefore, prices related to setup fees are non-refundable. For subscription-based services, charges will only occur up to the day the service is activated. To terminate the service, a cancellation request must be submitted.

5. Intellectual Property:

Zeuz vOffices retains the intellectual property rights for all materials provided in its services, including website content, logos, and designs.

6. Liability:

Zeuz vOffices assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of its services, including losses of data, income, or business interruptions.

7. Modifications to Terms:

Zeuz vOffices reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

8. Client Responsibilities:

The client is responsible for the security and confidentiality of login credentials and account information.
Compliance with local and international laws and regulations relevant to the client’s business activities is the client’s responsibility.

9. Termination of Services:

Zeuz vOffices reserves the right to terminate services in case of a breach of these terms or for any other valid reason.
