This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available for purchases made through Zeuz.

  1. SERVICES ARE GENERALLY NON-REFUNDABLE

Most Zeuz services involve setup, provisioning, configuration, verification, onboarding, activation, or allocation of resources.

As a result, once a service has been activated, provisioned, configured, delivered, or made available to the customer, the service becomes non-refundable.

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • • AI Virtual Operator Services

  • • Setup and Activation Fees
  • • Onboarding Services
  1. SETUP FEES AND ACTIVATION FEES

All setup fees, activation fees, onboarding fees, provisioning fees, and implementation fees are non-refundable.

These fees cover labor, system configuration, account creation, service provisioning, verification processes, and resource allocation that occur before the service becomes available to the customer.

  1. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Subscription services are billed according to the selected billing cycle.

Customers may cancel a subscription at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges but does not automatically generate a refund for:

  • • Previous subscription payments
  • • Partial billing periods
  • • Setup fees
  • • Activation fees
  • • Previously rendered services

Unless otherwise required by law, no prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of active billing periods.

  1. BILLING ERRORS

If a customer believes they were charged incorrectly due to:

  • • Duplicate billing
  • • System malfunction
  • • Unauthorized billing error
  • • Incorrect subscription charge

The customer must notify Zeuz within 30 days of the charge.

Verified billing errors will be corrected and refunded when appropriate.

  1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

If Zeuz sells physical products, the following policy applies:

Defective Products

Customers may request a replacement or refund within 15 days of receiving a defective item.

Product Exchanges

Exchanges for defective products may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • • The product must be returned in its original condition when applicable.
  • • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • • The issue must be verified by Zeuz.

Shipping fees may be non-refundable.

  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for reviewing service descriptions, pricing, billing terms, and service requirements before purchasing.

Failure to use a purchased service does not create eligibility for a refund.

Customer dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for a refund once a service has been activated or delivered.

Zeuz reserves the right to suspend services while payment disputes remain unresolved.
