All services are provided subject to availability and applicable laws and regulations.
2. USE OF SERVICES
Clients agree to use Zeuz services only for lawful purposes.
Clients shall not use any service provided by Zeuz for:
- • Fraudulent activities
- • Illegal communications
- • Spam or unsolicited messaging
- • Harassment or abusive conduct
- • Phishing or deceptive activities
- • Violations of carrier, telecommunications, messaging platform, or government regulations
Zeuz reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if misuse is detected.
3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering for services.
Clients are responsible for maintaining updated contact information and account details.
Zeuz takes reasonable measures to protect customer information as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. PAYMENTS AND BILLING
All services must be paid according to the pricing and billing terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Subscription services are billed automatically according to the selected billing cycle.
Clients authorize Zeuz and its payment processors to charge the selected payment method for recurring services until cancelled.
If a payment fails:
- • Service may be suspended immediately.
- • Clients will be notified when possible.
- • Services may be terminated if payment is not resolved within one billing cycle.
Failure to maintain payment may result in loss of allocated resources, including but not limited to:
- • Phone numbers
- • Mailbox services
- • Business addresses
- • SMS services
- • WhatsApp services
- • Email services
- • Application access
5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Clients may request cancellation of services at any time.
Setup fees, activation fees, onboarding fees, and one-time implementation charges are non-refundable.
Services that have already been activated, provisioned, configured, or delivered are non-refundable.
Subscription cancellations prevent future billing but do not automatically generate refunds for prior charges.
Specific refund exceptions, if any, are governed by the Zeuz Refund Policy.
6. PHONE NUMBERS, SMS, AND WHATSAPP SERVICES
Availability of phone numbers, SMS services, verification code reception, and WhatsApp services depends on third-party providers and telecommunications carriers.
Zeuz does not guarantee:
- • Delivery of all SMS messages
- • Delivery of all verification codes
- • Availability of specific carriers
- • Approval of WhatsApp Business accounts
- • Continuous availability of third-party messaging platforms
Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable messaging and telecommunications regulations.
7. AI VIRTUAL OPERATOR SERVICES
AI Virtual Operator services are provided on a best-effort basis.
Although designed to provide accurate and helpful responses, Zeuz does not guarantee:
- • Accuracy of AI-generated content
- • Availability without interruption
- • Suitability for legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
Clients remain responsible for reviewing communications and business decisions.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, graphics, documentation, applications, and website materials provided by Zeuz remain the property of Zeuz Virtual Offices or its licensors.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Zeuz intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeuz shall not be liable for:
- • Loss of revenue
- • Loss of profits
- • Loss of business opportunities
- • Loss of data
- • Service interruptions
- • Third-party provider outages
- • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
The use of Zeuz services is at the client’s own risk.
10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for:
- • Protecting login credentials
- • Maintaining account security
- • Monitoring communications received through Zeuz services
- • Complying with applicable laws and regulations
- • Ensuring lawful use of business addresses, phone numbers, and communication services
11. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
Zeuz reserves the right to modify, improve, suspend, replace, or discontinue any service at any time.
Reasonable efforts will be made to notify clients when significant service changes occur.
12. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Zeuz may suspend or terminate services without prior notice if:
- • These Terms are violated
- • Fraudulent activity is suspected
- • Payment obligations are not met
- • Required customer information is not provided
- • Continued service presents operational, legal, or compliance risks
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Zeuz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
